I primarily connect through Australian servers which may or may not be relevant here (VPNSecure being based in Australia). My 25/5 connection maxes out when downloading torrents and I can watch 720p Netflix and stream HiFi quality tracks on Tidal with no issues.

Under the "Basic" tab give your server profile a name. Eg: "VPN.S Australia" Go to the "advanced" tab, click "custom options" and remove the line saying "dh dh2048.pem" if its there. Thats it!
