BOTH NIC's work fine under either Ubuntu or Linux Mint (as, from what I understand, Linux uses a generic Ethernet driver). For the m/b integrated drivers, I have downloaded the latest and greatest from the Gigabyte site and tried these with a FRESH install of Win 7 x64.
